The Road Trip

"Oh yes! We're all ladies and gentlemen around here. We're all quality."
-The Artful Dodger

I just went on an air trip to New York. It was awesome. I spent quality time with EJS and RSY, two beautiful ladies who rock my world and are my best friends. When together, we basically form like Voltron.
Here are some highlights:

1.) Sunset ride on the Staten Island Ferry.
2.) Manhattan Carrot Cake Birthday Scavenger Hunt 2008 (with dance-feast conclusion in sun-drenched Central Park).
3.) Urban nature exploration.
4.) Late night rooftop dance party.
5.) Getting a mosquito bite that made my hand swell to the size of a seal fin/lobster claw/boxing glove/Steamboat Willy mitt.
6.)Delicious meals shared with exceptional conversationalists.
7.) Seeing the house where Theodore Roosevelt was fucking BORN.
8.) Meeting EJS' friends and coworkers in and outside of their natural habitat, the scenic and historic Mr. Boddington's Studio.
9.) Safari by way of bus, train, cab, boat, plane, and feet.
10.) Spending time with interesting people I care about in the capital of the fucking world.

The list could go on forever A.K.A. four days in real time B.K.A. longer because there would be analysis, elaboration, and backstory for many of the events and activities I was a part of.
So I guess I should stop blogging and write a book about it.
Or make an edition of five minute short-films called Serial 1 - 5.
The films are comprised of footage of the same person eating different cereal for breakfast over the course of five days.

In related news, my sister (RSY A.K.A. The Red Bullet) DJ'd her first radio show (called Road Trip) tonight on WRBB 104.9 FM Radio Back bay. She sounded great and played a lot of Doomtree. Like The Dooms - who have had equipment malfunctions and technical difficulties at every major show I have been to - she had to deal with spintron crashing out the production computer in the first five minutes of the hour. After that (to complete the Doomtree analogy) she rocked the mic solid for two straight hours.
RSY I am proud of you for taking chances, having an awesome attitude and not letting a situation out of your control stress out your good-vibes and voice-smiles!

I'm developing all my film from The NYAPPLE tomorrow at 9AM sharp!
I dig music, man...
I AM A GOLDEN GOD!

P.S. We are all made out of stardust.
