People get awarded for all sorts of things. Take the breast cancer my Mom has been dealing with for the past two years. No please, take it. She doesn't want it any more and I'd just as soon erase the whole ordeal from her life. Anyway, she got an award tonight, recognizing her breast cancer public awareness campaign AKA her life. We got dressed up and went to a fancy hotel ballroom to eat, drink, and applaud. For cancer. And not taking it laying down.
